Recebo muitas mensagens nessa \u00e9poca do ano, mensagens de fam\u00edlias confusa sobre chocolates e as restri\u00e7\u00f5es alimentar.<\/p>

Ent\u00e3o decidi fazer um post sobre o tema, visto que a demanda de informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 grande e \u00e9 um tempo pouco falado, na realidade \u00e9 lembrado mais nessa \u00e9poca por causa da pascoa, ent\u00e3o vamos l\u00e1.<\/p>

Quando o assunto \u00e9 a restri\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar e o chocolate, realmente n\u00e3o existe nenhuma restri\u00e7\u00e3o para chocolate, o \u00fanico alimento natural restrito \u00e9 o Feij\u00e3o de Fava, mas quando o assunto \u00e9 industria alimenticia e a grande demanda que a pascoa desperta, fica dificil afirmar que todo chocolate posto a venda seja de fato liberado, n\u00e3o pelo chocolate em si, mas pela facilidade que a industria tem de adicionar aditivos aos alimentos.<\/p>

Nesses 10 anos sempre alertei as fam\u00edlias que estejam atentos aos chocolates rechados, tipo os bombons, pois esses podem contem corantes em sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o, e sendo o corante utilizado restrito, o chocolate se tornar\u00e1 restrito para nossas crian\u00e7as.<\/p>

Confesso que nesses 10 anos nunca encontrei um chocolate sem recheio restrito, mas sabemos que a industria pode mudar seus ingredientes sem aviso pr\u00e9vio.<\/p>

Ent\u00e3o a melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 sempre conferir os rotulos, mesmo hoje a determinada marca sendo indicada como liberada, pois se houver alguma mudan\u00e7a nos s\u00f3 ficamos sabendo atrav\u00e9s da leitura dos rotulos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
